Roles:
- Mentor: Guides, listens, asks questions, speaks into blind spots with love.
- Mentee: Comes prepared, honest, accountable, owns their growth.
Frequency: Biweekly or monthly (consistency beats intensity)

1. Connect (5 min)

3. Confess / Clear (10 min)
Safe space. No fixing yet. Just truth.

Mentor posture: Listen. Don't rush to advice. Ask: "What do you think God is highlighting?"
