Kingdom Core Values
These thirteen values shape everything Rise Crew will eventually become. Read them. Sit with them. Use the small group guide with a church group you already have — we don't host groups yet.
Value 1
God is good by nature, in a good mood, and perfectly revealed as a gracious, compassionate Father through Jesus. He wants to save, heal, and prosper us in every area of life. His goodness is not conditional on our behaviour — it is who He is.
Value 2
Jesus has won absolute victory. We are forgiven, freed, and now live as new creations — royalty, friends, and beloved children of God. We are not defined by our past or by sin. This salvation produces deep, lasting joy because identity is rooted in what Christ has done, not in our performance.
Value 3
We joyfully experience God's undeserved love and transforming power, which empowers us to live as victorious overcomers instead of victims. Grace overcomes shame and creates a new identity. We respond to grace by growing, not striving.
Value 4
Our first ministry is to God. As we behold Him and live aware of His presence in every area of life, we are transformed and filled with joy. We cultivate an ongoing awareness of God's presence, not just in formal worship but throughout all of daily life.
Value 5
We are adopted into God's family, so we intentionally build loyal, honour-filled communities that restore and empower one another. Family is not optional — it is the structure through which the Kingdom advances. We bring this family culture wherever we go.
Value 6
Scripture's goal is relationship with the Author and transformation into His likeness. We interpret everything through Jesus. The Word is living and active — not merely information but a means of encounter. We read it to know God, not just to know about Him.
Value 7
God actively communicates with His family. We earnestly desire prophecy and learn to discern His voice with humility and community. God speaks through scripture, prophecy, dreams, impressions, and the Holy Spirit. Discernment is developed in community.
Value 8
Jesus promised signs would follow believers. Every follower is empowered by the Holy Spirit to release miracles, healing, and Kingdom power. Supernatural ministry is not for a spiritual elite — it is the normal inheritance of every believer.
Value 9
God is victorious and advancing His Kingdom on earth. We partner with Him to bring mercy, justice, and transformation to every sphere of society. The Kingdom is not retreating — it is expanding. We live with this conviction and act accordingly.
Value 10
Christ set us free from sin, fear, and shame so we can live responsibly, serve others, and dream big with self-control and love. Freedom is not licence — it is the capacity to love and serve without compulsion or fear. We take responsibility because we are free to do so.
Value 11
Every person is valuable and powerful as God's image-bearer. We honour others consistently, celebrate their best, and confront lovingly when needed. Honour is a practice, not just a feeling. It is how we treat people before they earn it.
Value 12
God is extravagantly generous. Our generosity — in time, affection, talents, and money — reflects Him, confronts scarcity mindsets, and releases blessing. Generosity is a Kingdom weapon against fear and self-protection.
Value 13
The Church is the bride of Christ and will fulfil her mission. We live with long-term hope, building legacy and transforming nations without escaping the world. The Church is not declining into irrelevance — she is being purified and prepared. We invest in her with joy and patience.
